Overview
Renew (नविकरण):
Renewal refers to extending the validity period of a license after its expiration. Applicants may renew their license within 95 days from the expiration date.
नविकरण भनेको लाइसेन्सको निर्धारित म्याद समाप्त भएपछि त्यसको मान्य अवधि थप गर्ने प्रक्रिया हो। निर्धारित म्याद सकिएको मितिबाट ९५ दिन भित्र नविकरण गर्न सकिन्छ।
Re-Registration (पुनः दर्ता) Re-Registration refers to reactivating a license if it has not been renewed within the specified period.
पुनः दर्ता भनेको निर्धारित समयमा लाइसेन्स नविकरण नगरेको अवस्थामा लाइसेन्स पुनः सक्रिय गर्ने प्रक्रिया हो।
License Renewal (लाइसेन्स नविकरण) Required Documents / Information
1. Original copy of License.
2. One copy of passport size photograph.
3. One photocopy of PAN Card.
4. One photocopy of Tax Clearance Certificate.
5. Bank voucher of NPR 1100 deposited in the name of Nepal Nursing Council.
6. Rastriya Banijya Bank – Maharajgunj Branch

Registered ANM, Staff Nurse, BMS and Specialist Nurses can apply after completing the 6-year license validity period.
Normal Processing Time: 3 Days
सामान्य अवस्थामा प्रक्रिया ३ दिन भित्र पूरा हुन्छ।

1. Original copy of License.
2. Three copies of passport size photographs.
3. One photocopy of PAN Card.
4. One photocopy of Tax Clearance Certificate.
5. Photocopy of Registered Level Transcript or Character Certificate.
6. Bank voucher deposited in the name of Nepal Nursing Council.

Re-Registration Fee
NPR 2000 – If applied after 95 days but within 1 year of License Exparition..
NPR 3500 – If applied after 1 year of License Expiration.
रु. २००० – नविकरण नगरि लाइसेन्सको निर्धारित म्याद समाप्त भएको १ वर्ष भित्र आवेदन दिएमा
रु. ३५०० –लाइसेन्सको निर्धारित म्याद समाप्त भएको १ वर्ष पछि आवेदन दिएमा
Processing time may take up to 3 months.
प्रक्रिया पूरा हुन अधिकतम ३ महिना सम्म लाग्न सक्नेछ।
Note
• Registered applicants working outside Nepal do not need to submit PAN Card or Tax Clearance Certificate. They must mention the country where they are currently working in the form provided by Nepal Nursing Council.
• Applicants residing in Nepal who are currently unemployed must submit an application addressed to the Registrar of the Nepal Nursing Council declaring their unemployment status.
• All information submitted by the applicant is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
जानकारी
• विदेशमा कार्यरत आवेदकहरूले PAN Card तथा कर चुक्ता प्रमाणपत्र पेश गर्न आवश्यक छैन। पुनः दर्ता फाराममा आफू कार्यरत देशको नाम उल्लेख गर्नुपर्नेछ।
• नेपालमा बसोबास गरिरहेका तर हाल कुनै रोजगारमा संलग्न नभएका आवेदकहरूले कर चुक्ता प्रमाणपत्र को सट्टा आफू कुनै रोजगारीमा संग्लग्न नरहेको उल्लेख गर्दै नेपाल नर्सिङ परिषदको रजिष्ट्रारज्यूलाई सम्बोधन गरिएको निवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ।
• आवेदकले पेश गरेको सम्पूर्ण जानकारीको जिम्मेवारी सम्बन्धित आवेदक स्वयंको हुनेछ।
